These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision and use of Unified Communications and Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Digital Connect, a program operated by aSTEAM Village Inc. (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
By ordering, activating, or using the Services, Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision and use of Unified Communications and Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Digital Connect, a program operated by aSTEAM Village Inc. (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
By ordering, activating, or using the Services, Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of ServicesDigital Connect provides internet‑based communications services which may include, but are not limited to:
- Hosted VoIP and cloud‑based phone service
- SIP‑based voice services
- Unified Communications (voice, messaging, voicemail, call routing)
- Virtual numbers, call forwarding, and administrative features
- Customer support and service notifications
2. Eligibility and AuthorityCustomer represents and warrants that:
- They are at least eighteen (18) years of age or a legally recognized entity.
- They have authority to enter into this agreement.
- All information provided during enrollment is accurate and current.
- VoIP Services require a reliable internet connection, adequate bandwidth, and compatible equipment.
- Call quality, latency, and reliability may be affected by internet congestion, third‑party networks, power outages, or Customer‑provided equipment.
- Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted service or call quality when Services are used over third‑party networks or non‑Provider equipment. [lawinsider.com], [evo-networks.com]
- Inability to place emergency calls during power or internet outages
- Delays or inaccuracies in location information
- Service unavailability during network disruptions
5. Equipment
- Any equipment provided, leased, or licensed by Provider remains the property of Provider unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Customer is responsible for safeguarding all equipment and returning it upon termination, if applicable.

6. Acceptable UseCustomer agrees not to use the Services for:
- Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes
- Spam, unsolicited messaging, or auto‑dialing in violation of applicable laws
- Interference with network operations or security
- Resale or redistribution without Provider’s written consent
7. Fees, Billing, and Taxes
- Customer agrees to pay all applicable service fees, usage charges, taxes, surcharges, and regulatory fees.
- Charges may include monthly recurring fees, usage‑based fees, and one‑time setup or activation fees.
- Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

- Services continue on a month‑to‑month or contracted basis as specified in the service order.
- Either party may terminate Services in accordance with the applicable service plan.
- Provider may suspend or terminate Services immediately for non‑payment, illegal use, or network security concerns.

- Provider’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by Customer for Services during the preceding thirty (30) days.
